OUR PAST OUR PURPOSE

William H. Muske started Muske Company to serve the real estate needs of the greater St. Paul area in 1939. Twenty years later, in 1959, Muske-Tansey Company was formed expanding those services to include appraisal, property management and the sale of residential and commercial-industrial properties. William Muske remained involved in real estate development, investment counseling and community service.

A second location, in Forest Lake, opened in 1979. By 1985 the company had grown. A new 3,000 square foot building was construction. Growth continued and this building was remodeled in 1990 adding an additional 3,000 square feet.

In 1991 the St. Paul office closed. A new location in Lino Lakes opened in 1993. Growth continued adding brach offices in North Branch, Minnesota in 1995, Chisago City, Minnesota in 2000, Osceola, Wisconsin in 2004, St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin in 2006 and River Falls, Wisconsin in 2007.

ERA Muske Company Real Estate has expanded into both residential and commercial land development both in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our Sales Associates market new homes for more than forty residential builders.

From the outset in 1939 ERA Muske Company has been committed to providing the best service. Our goal is to help our clients enjoy the personal and financial benefits of real estate ownership.
