The calling of the Real estate industry is deeply rooted in Bob Muske, Jr’s lineage.  His grandfather, William Muske, opened his first office in 1939, and his uncle  continues the family tradition today as the Broker/Owner of ERA Muske Company.  As a third generation realtor in the Muske family, Bob continues to typify the beliefs and values initiated by his grandfather over 68 years ago.

Professionally, Bob began his real estate career in 1996. During his career he was a member of the 1^st graduating class from the University of St. Thomas with a MMBA in Real Estate.  Bob is currently involved in One-on-One Coaching in the Mike Ferry Organization – A program representing the top one half of one percent of realtors in the nation. Bob strongly believes that the ability to constantly adapt and improve are vital qualities to possess, especially within the Real Estate industry.

Bob continues his own evolution – and that of those around him – by setting an example using self-improvement techniques.  This continual focus to improve was recognized by Bob’s colleagues in 2005 when they voted him Realtor of the Year, something he considers to be one of the proudest achievements of his lifetime.  And just recently the William H. Muske Visionary Award was awarded for Bob’s extraordinary foresight, creativity and ability to implement.

Bob feels strongly that his experience, integrity and honesty are key elements that his clients need to successfully complete a real-estate transaction in today’s ever changing marketplace.
